I hope its still active in this day of facebook dominated online discussion. I don't have the energy to write everyhing out but yesterday led to some very troubling events. I woke up feeling so sad. Anyway, to be continued ... Sorry and glad at the same time that yall are here ...

We are a very active community here and you will find we are supportive and understanding as well. The great thing about this board, IMO, is that this is a place where we can work on us and get feedback and support from people at all different places in their own healing. Let me join Harri in saying this is a great place to find support and encouragement. I'm so glad you found us! Sometimes life can be overwhelming for those of us adult survivors of having a pwBPD in our families. We'll be here when you are ready to share more. I remember clearly the night I first found bpdfamily. It's been years since. Along that journey, I have plugged into the site and out. (In was when there was a surprise or a big change.) It's amazing you have had the strength to sign in. This particular weekend for me has been a milestone in finally moving past all the pain and chains of my own scenario. Key to me being able to make this journey was being able to sign into BPD Family, share my thoughts, and get amazing support. You've got two bpdfamily rockstars replying to you - they are wise, kind, and supportive. I'm just a regular member; I can tell you that you've come to the right place. May you find the guidance, support and resources to help you in your own journey.
