Title: Answerline Post by: Espinaca on July 04, 2018, 10:47:19 PM My family is just starting to understand a family member's BPD condition. We understand that we need to change some of our relationship dynamics in order to have healthier boundaries, etc. Has anyone effectively used the Answerline for this purpose at this stage in the process? If so, who is best placed to speak with?

The are resources in the lessons at the top of the board which might help. It's a lot of material. It might help to understand more of what's going on with your family member, like what specifically is going on and what are your struggles.
