Title: Anyone know about LifeTrack by Dr. Yukio Ishizuka? Post by: starlet564 on July 12, 2018, 03:47:55 PM Hi BPD Fam!
I understand that the gold standard for treatment is DBT. Is anyone familiar with LifeTrack by Dr. Yukio Ishizuka as a means for treatment? I was watching a video on YouTube and it was pretty intriguing. Any reviews or information regarding his method of treatment? Love to hear your thoughts? I'm sorry to say I don't know anything about it. I've bumped your thread up here just incase to give others a chance to respond. I quickly looked him up. He seems like an interesting fellow - from Japan, into Zen, and he's affiliated with Harvard. What do you think of it? Is it something you want to try? warmly, pearl. Thanks for the assistance. The video I watched did look intriguing as he focuses on 3 aspects: intimacy, self and achievements to help the afflicted BPD sufferer heal. He said it's important to have a loving, committed partner work with the client since the first aspect tackled is intimacy. The results posted looked positive as well which may be curious to know if anyone else out there has heard of or knows anything about this. :) |
