Hi trying2bkind,

I hear ya! You try to be nice and sometimes it seems like you just get a load of other's people stuff dropped on ya. And you still try to be nice!

What's going on? How are you holding up?

warmly, pearl.

Hi trying2bkind,

I had a 2 year window  of time spent with a boss with serious Narcissistic Traits, I know how miserable and chaotic it can be to work with this kind of dysfunction.

I found the tools I learned here helpful in my own situation (the tools here are helpful with any relationship really).

What kinds of behaviors are you seeing in terms of your co-workers?
