Title: It's been a year
Post by: crushedagain on September 30, 2018, 11:05:05 PM
While I am much stronger now than I was when she left, I feel myself going backwards lately. I don't know if it's because we're entering the same fall/winter period where last year I was in the depths of despair causing me to revisit those feelings, but suffice it to say I'm not feeling great lately.

Everything I had planned for us I've accomplished on my own over the course of the past year. She would have enjoyed so much of it. The activities we enjoyed together have only increased in frequency due to my life changes and she essentially missed out on great fun.

She has not contacted me and I assume she never will. I have not made one attempt to contact her. In fact, the last contact was two emails from her around the time of the breakup and I never responded. She's an attractive woman with much going for her so I don't think she'll ever have a hard time finding men. I'm just another one she chewed up and spit out.

Hi crushed again,

It’s good that you enjoyed fun activities that you had planned, even though you had not planned to do them without her.  I’m sure you learned a lot about yourself over the past year.  What helped you to become stronger on your journey?

Peace and blessings,
Mustbe
