Title: lingerie and therapy
Post by: Euler2718 on October 31, 2018, 10:48:17 PM
Does anyone pay for their BPD's therapy, even though they're not married? I'm just asking in case it comes up. I think I might if asked, since it would benefit me (her much more, but also me). But I dont wanna pay for something for the next guy to benefit from! Or I have to ruminate over it in my imagination. That's also why no lingerie purchases.

You may have answered your own question.  If you need to know that the therapy will be effective (which can't be known) and that she will stay with you (which can't be known) in order to pay for therapy, then save your money.  If you are willing to give the therapy as a gift, with no expectations, that could work.  One option would be to make a commitment for a specified amount of time, rather than indefinitely.
