She has been mentally unstable since she was 2 years old... .originally dx bipolar. I am desperate for help and support... .I am tired of my life being controlled by a terrorist.

I'm so very sorry for what you are going through right now. So glad you found this pace. You are in the right place for support. There will be others come by to join me in welcoming you. There are lots of parents here who understand exactly what you are dealing with, and all the emotions. You used the word "terrorist", for me I call my D a black hole. She is all consuming of everything, endlessly. While it is very sad to use that description of her it's true, but, I love her with all my heart. Please take a look around here, check out all the lessons, read other posts. There is great info here, it can be overwhelming, just take your time. We are all here for each other, that now includes you. I hope to hear more from you soon. Maybe you could share what you are doing now to cope. |
