Title: New Here
Post by: Rabbit66 on December 29, 2018, 05:10:55 PM
Hi. I just joined. I learned about the site from my paternal aunt who is a Psychologist. My mother has BPD or NPD. I'm not sure how best to use this site.

Hi Rabbit66,

Welcome to the BPD Family  :hi:

All the members here have someone with BPD/BPD Traits in our lives.  In my case my significant other (SO) has an undiagnosed BPD ex-wife (uBPDxw).  I arrived here looking for information, others arrive looking for support, others are looking for people that "get it" that are experiencing the same thing and still others are looking for practical tools that can help.

I have found this site and it's members very helpful in my situation.

I suggest that you look around, and read the posts of other members to see what we are all about.  If you are comfortable sharing maybe you could share your story so we can get to know you better.

Again Welcome,
Panda39

Hi Rabbit66,

I'd like to join Panda39 in welcoming you to the family here.  Just hit the reply button at the top of the thread and tell us more of your story.  How have you been struggling with your mom?

Hey, Rabbit66. Welcome. Can you tell us a little bit about your situation and why your aunt pointed you to this community? It wouldn’t hurt to read through some of the threads here as well. That’ll give you a feel for the place.  :hi:
