Title: Beyond grateful for positive communication between us and udD28 - but realistic Post by: Music Ace on January 20, 2019, 01:00:12 PM After an unplanned 24ish month ride on a rollercoaster, some horrific exchanges, I have reason to believe my efforts to change ME and my approaches/responses have contributed to the following messages (sent kid conversation btw) ... .and I have reason to be hopeful. But I will guard myself carefully and try very very hard to not expect too much and go over the top with excitement. Each conversation is still measured, carefully ... .VERY CAREFULLY! But if tomorrow never comes, I still feel really good about today!
From my udD28 ... . "I want to be clear that this is an attempt at trusting you guys with your opinions on something pretty big. but also I just need you guys to keep in mind that I've coordinated a bunch of stuff already so you guys would just need to trust me on a lot of things even though you may be like yeah she's 28 and doesn't know this stuff, I just need you guys to trust that either a) I've learned this stuff and now know it or b) I have trusted someone else to handle something (like FRIEND for example) I am just being upfront with you guys and also think this is good opportunity to help with trusting each other. even though it could be seen as me just using you guys temporarily.
