Title: Partner's 30 year old daughter with BPD is a nightmare
Post by: Bville on February 06, 2019, 04:25:15 PM
Hi.  Welcome to Oz helped me a great deal when splitting from my BPD husband.  Now I need to deal with my partner's BPD adult child.  I swore I was DONE with these people!  But Partner is a sweet man, and his 30 year old daughter is a nightmare.

Hello Bville and *welcome*

I'm glad you've reached out here for support in dealing with your partner's BPD daughter.

Dealing with a pwBPD (person with BPD) is definitely a challenge and we are all here supporting each other, learning together.

What types of behaviors are you finding most challenging? Can you tell us a little more? It will help us to know how to advise you.

Again, welcome!

~ OH

I wanted to join Only Human in welcoming you, Bville.

I have a BPD ex, like you. I recently remarried and my H has a D21 with BPD behaviors. It can be very challenging.

What is your partner's D30 like?
