Title: Wherever this path may lead, the love is greater than the suffering
Post by: FaithHopeLove on February 11, 2019, 05:43:20 PM
Some of you remember when I posted about sometimes having regrets about bringing someone into the world who would suffer so much. Now I want to share the other side. Despite all the struggle I am convinced that I did nothing BETTER than to bring this beautiful soul into the world. Wherever this path may lead, the love is greater than the suffering. I hope this brings somebody some hope.

Wonderful words, FaithHopeLove!

Sometimes our thoughts can be so dark that we are afraid to voice them.  Here it is different.  You can write what you feel and no one is to judge you.

Good days, bad days, FHL-KC.  Glad this is one of your good days... .and glad that you are here.

Thanks Huat, I really appreciate this safe space where we can express anything we need to express and know we won't be judged. When I have thoughts that disturb me sometimes all it takes is to say (or type) them out loud for them to lose their hold on me.

So true, FHLKC! One of the wonderful things about being a member here is that we are able to speak/post without judgment and without someone jumping on "the bandwagon," feeding into our emotions, offering a fast pass down the rabbit hole.

I've come here and posted angry and hopeless and have received validation, kindness, and a gentle nudge back to "center."

You are right, the love is greater than the suffering.

Thanks for continuing to share with us all
