I went to court, the judge we were supposed to have was out. So we had a fill in, my ex-BPD perjured the petition and told on himself, first off. I had already dissected this petition, because I have been domcumenting my life since late Oct... Everytime he opened his mouth it was a lie. This whole stalking order, I planted in his head, aI now see what it does to them. I left him late Oct. and I left him with his abuser nmother. We move his parents down and I set up all their helathcare needs, not knowing what was wrong with this family. It was not hard to figure out, once I left and started researching. I have been trying since the 1st of November to get my things back. I gave up, and tried to make amends. There were other underlying issues but it had nothing to do with me. I had since left as an employee, and gf.

Long story short, I needed unemployment papers corrected, and warn him about a phone call of a complaint of neglect on his father that has since passed. The day before me getting there, he was taking his mother to be seen by the DR, and she knew who I was, and was waving crazy smiling , as I got out of my car, I said hey you remember me? He was at the trunk and could not see what she was doing. She mouthed my name, as I approached the passenger side cardoor I hear click, and she put her head down. He locked the door, I went to ask him about the papers. Isee them at the DR's office, because I was not leaving empty handed. He went to get his mother out of the car, and I said hey ~ She stared at the concrete never looking up, at me. She stood up she is tall, and tripped her foot on purpose so he would look down. She looked at me from the corner of her eye, then at him. I knew that ride was hell for her... .I ended up telling him to keep my things, and I told him my car was full of his things, he said take it to the house. I said absolutely not~ he pulled forward,  then backed up and rolled the window down, and said SUE ME... .I was like What the heck  it made no sense. This was after he shouted at me his dad had died, and would not tell me when. I had to google it, leaving and found out it was the day before. SO I sent a card, and told him that I had made a FB page with all his families pics, videos of his children he is 64, and has a 11, 14 y/o ... .I took pics of us, them videos. Told him it was no stalker page, it was in my name  told him to get them and go. I had already forced him to block me with instructions on FB in comments months before. So now the states atty is going to drop it, and hopefully pick up perjury charges, it is a game to him. He does not care about his abusing parents, I have evil texts from him about them, and told him to review them. My daughter also started cutting herself as a result of his stonewalling, and refusal to give our things back. So DCF will be seeing if they can add Domestic Violence to it as well. Also he lives 2 hours north in GA, and the judge said ,do you plan on going back to GA. I said absoultely not I  have not lost a thing there. He laughed and said the states atty would be in contact with me about the perjury, among other things. I came with my A game, all documents, and text  messages for the past 6 months! I came prepared. I feel bad for the mother, but I cannot help her! She is not my patient any long, nor he anything but a liar now! Wow I cannot believe the lies I discredit everyone of them. Why do they take a word and run with it, making them look so stupid and think they are above the laws? This is not his first infraction, and I will be bringing that up too, against me. I just did not file charges... .He scares me!  I know he is in retribution mode on his mom, becuase they were the reason we split up. Also hating me because I left him with them? Make sense?
