I feel crazy and keep telling my family's the same old story over and over again he keeps acting irrational look like riding a roller coaster walking in eggshells and then he'll talk nice to me and I just tried to forget what happened and start over and then I happens over and over and over again

Hi Charlie2121 and welcome to the family  :hi:

I am sure most of our members can relate to what you are describing, the ups and downs, the neverending cycle of dysregulation and reconciliation. We understand how frustrating this can be and how communicating those issues to friends and family can make us feel crazy. Many of us have been (or still are) there ouselves. You are not alone and we have a lot of information and tools at our disposal that can help us make a change in our relationships.
Would you mind sharing a bit more about your situation? The more we know about you, the better we can help you.
How does it play out when your partner is acting irrational?

Yeah, it's really difficult and it plays right into the BPDs game of alienating you from your close relationships.  Eventually you may stop venting to your family and people stop wanting to hear your same story over and over again and you become further isolated from any support that would help you set boundaries or leave the RS.
