I think as a general statement, you want a lawyer is is adept at high conflict divorces and knows not to escalate tensions. There is a book (see below) and a consultant that you can hire who specializes in BPD and will consult with your local lawyer. He is a lawyer and therapist. We have no connection or interests in this resource - we just have a lot of positive feedback from members who have bought the book or hired Bill. I think it would also help to work with members here. So, hopefully that is a good starting place. Can you share a bit about your story and what is happening in the divorce?
