I can confirm this effect. Just be sure to take tested and proven herb extracts. For Ashwagandha I can recommend KSM-66 extract. This extract was mostly used for scientific researches and it is very potent. My exGF and I were using StJW also. I didn't notice too much impact, mildly effects vere existing but not too much. Also just make sure you don't use StJW during sunny periods (like spring or summer), lookup this, it can cause severe eye problems. |
