Hi Chatotic,

Coming to terms with BPD may seem daunting at first,  but it provides you with a baseline to start, a journey towards healing.

This board, however,  is geared towards members who are  seeking to heal and improve their relationships with their loved ones who have BPD, or those who are wishing to distance themselves.  As such, most of the contents here may be triggering to you.

I encourage you to explore more where you can better be supported,  and I wish you well on your journey.

Support for individuals with borderline personality traits. (https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/Themes/default/welcome3.html)

Take Care,

Turkish
