We are all working on bettering our lives and we are happy you joined us. What else do you feel comfortable sharing about your daughter? Does she live with you? Is she in High School? Has she been diagnosed with BPD? What is the biggest concern you have right now that the group might be able to help you with? I'm fairly new and my daughter is also 16 so I am right there with you. Read all the things here that apply to your situation and post questions, concerns, feelings, and the victories. Others will respond and not only will you gain some insights but you will stop feeling so isolated and alone. That's been my experience so far at least. Hope to hear more about your daughter and you.
