You are strong and courageous for seeking help to understand and helping others in the process. You are courageous for trying to make sense of why the people in your life have hurt you and cannot love you the way you deserve. Those people are not self aware like you and cannot love themselves. Don't give them your power. You deserve to know you ARE love, it is your beingā¤ You were a little innocent baby full of love when you came here and you can still tap into that source. Lift the corners of your mouth, give yourself a hug and do something just for you today.
