Title: guidance on how to help my adult daughter work towards recovery?
Post by: Flow on May 15, 2019, 12:04:10 PM
I am hoping that I can get guidance on how to help my adult daughter work towards recovery. I somehow knew that she suffered from a mental disorder but now that we know it's BPD we are hopeful that she can start moving forward towards buliding healthy relationships.

Hello, Flow,
I am happy to meet you although sad for the circumstances. You have come to the right place for help and support and we are all glad you are here. I take it your daughter has been recently diagnosed with BPD. Is that correct? Can you tell us how that diagnosis came about? Share anything you feel comfortable sharing. You are not alone. Welcome.
