For general information Click on the "Groups" Tab above and then go to the "Community Built Knowledge Base" there are several boards with information and tools but it's kind of abstract. Interacting with members here regarding your specific situation will help in terms of strategically using that information. "Emotional Abuse" is actually a broad topic.
