Title: 2 books
Post by: Borderlined on June 14, 2019, 09:54:50 PM
I've read 2 books recently.  Walking on Eggshells and Loving Someone With Bpd. And they have both helped me exponentially in dealing with my wife's illness that she will not accept she has.
I wish I had read these books or rather known to read these books years ago. They have helped me to truly believe I'm not a horrible person I've been made to believe I was, and to understand what goes on in her head and diffuse situations that typically escalate into deep hurt feelings on both sides.
If you have read them, I hope you've gotten simular results and if you haven't you may want to make the effort.
I had to go down the audio book route as I've never been able to read books.

Hi Borderlined!  Thanks for the recommendations.  It is good to know you found them helpful and effective.

I have not read the second book but we do have a review thread in our Library (see HERE (https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=149336.0;viewResults))
