I join Swimmy in welcoming you here. The best way to help others is to help yourself first, lead the way for your family. Are you a grandma or are you wanting to help your grandma (or your mom?) I have 4 ASDs (husband and 3 kids) in various places on the spectrum and my husband and 1 child BPD. So very very hard to keep juggling all the balls... Let us know how you are doing?
