I’m scheduled to go into settlement early this coming week. My STBX and STBX-FIL didn’t cooperate by turning over discovery. My L is moving forward without their info and using our info. Says if they don’t provide info we are free to do so. I feel worried. Scared. I’ve never been to settlement before. I don’t know what to expect. I read the settlement position my L wrote. It contained info I already knew about with the exception of a budget figure an alternative budget that is about 50% of what I initially requested and about 70% of the budget I’d discussed with the financial analyst. I know what I need to do as soon as I write this down. I need to get a copy of that budget.
