Title: BPD Life Collapsing Post Discard Post by: JerichoJax on August 11, 2019, 03:15:05 PM Just curious if anyone would have an idea why someone with BPD after they discarded someone would cease all contact and distance themselves from their ex-partner? When things are in a downward spiral why do they not reach out to the person that gave them stability?
I know my ex is having serious financial issues. Have gotten collections calls on his credit cards, a call from a pay day loan company and so forth. He has spent all the money he got out of the divorce apparently which was probably spent on partying, pot, alcohol, etc. I get he needs to maintain an image. Never really got an answer why he left other than the canned one he used in 2012 and 2014 when he left prior. He has in the past thanked me for saving him. His family admits that I have been the only one to bring him stability. His world seems to be falling apart since he discarded.
