Title: Trying to learn to cope Post by: lovingwithbpd on September 26, 2019, 08:38:54 PM I think my husband may have bpd. He’s not been diagnosed but in my reading and research meets at least 6 of the criteria.
We’ve been married for 12 years and It’s getting harder for me to maintain my mental health and well being. Looking for advice and support from others coping with similar situations Title: Re: Trying to learn to cope Post by: ColdKnight on September 26, 2019, 09:46:16 PM Hi and welcome! Read as many stories here. Share as much as you feel comfortable and comment if you have some insight or questions.
I recommend three books: Stop Walking on Eggshells Stop Caretaking the Borderline or Narcissist I Hate You, Don’t Leave Me The first two are available on audio format but I have not been able to find the third on audio. You are among friends here and you will find a tremendous amount of support. Title: Re: Trying to learn to cope Post by: Radcliff on September 29, 2019, 05:37:01 PM *welcome*
