Welcome to the group. I am.glad you joined us. I don't know how effective online DBT is but just a quick Google search shows a number of programs that offer it. Can you say more about your daughter? How old is she? Has she been diagnosed with BPD? Why does her DBT need to be online? We are here to help. |
