Title: Walking Through with a Q-BPD Wife (undiagnosed) Post by: GreenHusband24 on November 08, 2019, 03:59:58 AM My wife and I have struggled in our relationship and it’s challenged me greatly. She’s been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and postpartum. She’s also been hospitalized twice. After speaking with my counselor it was suggested she has BPD. I was reading about this and it made more sense to me that my wife has symptoms if not undiagnosed BDP or Quiet m- BPD. It is very hard for her to open up about her mental health and discuss her struggles with it. I’ve often struggled with understanding what she is going through and how to best support her because of her hurtful reactions, lack or confusing communication, and inconsistent behavior. I’m a very empathetic and sensitive man with a background in crisis management in mental health (working in higher education), but I am struggling with understanding, supporting, and progressing with my wife as it comes to her struggles with mental health.
I’m hoping to find people that can relate to my situation, offer support, understanding, and advice. Title: Re: Walking Through with a Q-BPD Wife (undiagnosed) Post by: once removed on November 08, 2019, 04:17:06 AM hi GreenHusband24, and *welcome*
