Title: Help, please
Post by: HigherSelf on November 23, 2019, 10:56:27 PM
I have 90% recovered from my BPD  but my girlfriend has not. I'm isolated and in pain. No one in my support understands what's going on. I don't even understand it sometimes

I responded to your other post.  Were you able to read that response?

Please let me know.

Thank you,

Hi. Thank you for your response! I have not been able to see your earlier response, just this one.
Today has been much better. I am utilizing some tools.
The 4 agreements, validation, not the opposite and listening. Being helpful. Staying self aware. Not needing validation. Keeping my irrational fears in check. Restraint of pen and tongue.

Dear Higherself-

You sound so self-aware, which is great.  I know you’ve done an amazing amount of work.  I also have some traits, as I explained in my longer response to your other post.

I’m going to try and bring that post forward.  If I cannot do that, I’ll try (tomorrow) to cut and paste my longer response here.

Please keep your spirits up.  You deserve love in every way.

Warmly,
Gemsforeyes
