In the meantime,the best thing you can do for yourself is to familiarize yourself with BPD. Start with the "tools" drop down list above and browse through. The library here has good book suggestions like " How to Stop Walking on Eggshells" . Browse through other posts here too. Do some self care as well ( yoga, exercise) as it is easy to get lost in our loved one's BPD. We look forward to hearing back from you.
