I am a loving mom that has a adult daughter with BPD. We completely understand as a BPD diagnosis for our dear ones can be devastating. Is your adult daughter living with you and does she accept her diagnosis? That makes a big difference. However, the best help you can be to her is to build up your own self resilience.
