Title: My sleep is affected because of my bpd spouse Post by: Tourist on January 25, 2020, 05:42:25 AM I did start therapy recently, but I feel like my body is stuck in fight or flight response, just waiting for the next episode.
This is my work to do, I get that. I'm setting boundaries and learning more about bpd, but I need better sleep. What are some steps I can take to calm my poor, reactive body? Title: Re: My sleep is affected because of my bpd spouse Post by: jaded7 on January 25, 2020, 12:55:14 PM Meditation, long walks, CBD (I've been using a lot of it- no THC), magnesium, GABA and 5-HTP supplements, soaking...I'm doing all of these, every day, all day. The CBD does really help.
