Welcome to the family! You've come to the right place. All of us here have been or still are where you are and we're a community of people who care for and support each other. My own husband has not been diagnosed and, therefore, hasn't gone through DBT or EMDR, but I know other members have had experience there that I hope they'll share. In the meantime, when you feel like it, perhaps you can share a bit more about your story so we can get to know you and see how we might be able to help you better. How long have you been married?
