Title: What is going on?
Post by: another human on February 03, 2020, 12:47:58 PM
Hello.
I am trying to understand what is going on in my relationship, and what I can do to have more stability and shared reality in our home. I am considering separation but I would rather work things out!

Everyday things get so charged and emotional, that misunderstandings compound and important matters go undiscussed. I'm sensitive too, but I really want to help find our way to more order and calm in communication.

Not sure how to use this forum. Seeking some orientation.
Thanks

Hi and welcome!

Can you tell us some more about your relationship and what some specific issues are?  It will help us get a better idea of how to help and support you if you can share some examples with details.

In the meantime, if you read other threads and even post in them you will get a good feel for how the board works and the kind of support we can give you.  We also have a lot of reading material and as you share more we will be able to recommend specific tools and strategies that can help you cope and function better in your relationship.  Things can and often do get better.   |iiii
