My ex has bpd and her friend told me googleing bpd is the wrost thing I could do is it or is was she saying that because of the hurtful things some people with bpd do also said she had to come to terms with her diagnosed before she can get better she wasn't crazy she had been through some messaged up things I am still friends with my exe she's been in and out mental hospital alot

I think it depends on why you are researching BPD?  If your ex is going to remain in your life and you want to be able to support her, I'd recommend a book like "Loving Someone with Borderline Personality Disorder."  There are a lot of great resources on this site that provide tools for how to more effectively interact with and support pwBPD.  I'm guessing that a random Google search would yield unfocused results.
