Title: Therapy Post by: cheekie on February 19, 2020, 03:58:35 PM My 18 year old daughter will not go to therapy. She just spent 30 minutes reaming me out about my parenting and refuses to get help. What can I do?

The truth is you can't force them into it. Try not to take the tirades seriously. It's not about you. It's about her own anxiety. Hope this helps a little. We are here for you.
