Post by: Brownhairgal on February 23, 2020, 10:02:34 PM My self esteem has really decreased over the years from having a sibling with bpd constantly criticize me and I did not realize it until recently. I think I have lost confidence and it makes other partner relationships hard because I believe everything negative she has told me over the years.

You are not alone in how you are feeling plus we have several members currently posting about issues with siblings so you are not alone. Can you share more details with us? It will give us a better idea of how we can support you and possibly help you with re-building your confidence. Other than here, what sort of support network do you have? Some of us have people we can lean on and others of us don't. Regardless, we here can help you. I hope you share more when you are ready.
