Title: Relationship & communication skills
Post by: Sarai on March 04, 2020, 11:43:36 AM
I am getting rages from my BDP during what appears to be a benign conversation. He will ask a simple question, I will answer, then ask why did he ask, “what’s on your mind?”. I can’t have a normal conversation with him about anything without him exploding. He hates if I show any facial expression. Is grey rock the only option, all the time. It’s so hard and frustrating.

:hi: Hi Sarai! Welcome to the group. I know what you mean about how frustrating these conversations can be. People with BPD do a lot of projecting both positive and negative. I find the best approach is to keep things simple and neutral.
