Title: Daughter is 21. Post by: Mother of 4 on March 10, 2020, 02:13:06 PM Our 21 year old daughter had BPD as well uses Marijuana to self medicate plus prescription drugs from Dr. She lies, steals and can’t maintain friendships or relationships. Currently back home living in our basement.

I'm sorry about the situation with your daughter. It has to be stressful for you. You say she came back home. What was her situation, prior to returning home: school, job? Have you thought about putting some boundaries in place? (things that you have control over & you enforce? Title: Re: Daughter is 21. There is one positive in that she is still seeing a therapist. In the meanwhile do you have any help for you ( therapy, yoga or any stress relief?). |
