Title: I think my co-worker is borderline
Post by: melmar838 on March 14, 2020, 12:05:49 AM
Hello, I'm new here.  I am having a terrible issue at work.  Where I once was really liked by my co-workers, now they have almost all turned against me.  There is a rumor going around that is hurtful to one person, and word keeps getting around that I'm saying the hurtful thing.  I have a new co-worker who I believe is causing other's to harbor hard feelings for me. I'm wondering if this is a common trait.  I went from being a well liked and well respected employee of 5 years, to someone who is a gossip and is saying bad things about co-workers.  I am not familiar with borderline myself.  I personally am co-dependent, and deal with general anxiety and worry.

hi melmar838, and *welcome*

dealing with someone with BPD traits can be a challenge, and the workplace is no exception!

whats the backstory here? what happened between you and your coworker? any idea why they might be saying these things?
