Title: When does gaslighting effects usually end?
Post by: NorseWoman on June 05, 2020, 02:09:35 PM
It's been a year of no contact with the UBPD ex.
I am truly over that relationship with a lot of hard work.
I have noticed that I may still have some residual effects of the gaslighting I received in that past relationship.

Now, I am in the very beginning stages of a healthy relationship and think it best to have all effects of the gaslighting gone.
I do plan on seeing my therapist about this next week.
Does anyone here know or have experience with any residual effects of gaslighting?

thanks for any input, NorseWoman

Hey NW, What sort of gaslighting are we talking about?  What are the residual effects you have noticed?  I'm happy to hear you are in the early stages of a healthy r/s and seeing a T for help with your issues.  It's onwards and upwards from here!
