Title: New Here Post by: ECMsMom on July 12, 2020, 07:58:01 PM Hi everyone, this is my first post. My daughter has BPD. She is 25. She lives at home with me and her dad. She has been doing DBT for about 1 1/2 years. I talk with a parent coach (via phone) a couple of times a month. This is very hard on my family. I cry on a daily basis. I need lots of advise and can’t wait for everyone’s input. I just thought I would introduce myself first.

I'm sorry you are having a difficult time with your daughter. How is she doing with applying DBT skills? Which actions/behaviors cause you to cry daily? |
