Title: My wife has BPD but I also have trauma untreated as well Post by: Arlo on September 17, 2020, 03:58:43 PM I am just learning how to cope with my wifes BPD and though it may be hard i struggle to regulate my own emotions because of childhood trauma and do not know what to do. I am on a wait list for therapy.
