Title: BPD girlfriend
Post by: Mr S on December 14, 2020, 10:39:52 AM
My girlfriend has BPD and I myself have anxiety and PTSD.

I'm trying to understand and support her with all my heart but it's difficult. She doesn't understand my emotions are hurting me too and I can't word it to her in fear I'll trigger her.

I have been having serious lows trying to keep her above water.
She keeps telling me that she can't be cured and I'm scared she's right.

I need advice with what to do right.
Because my relationship with her is treading thin ice and it feels like in losing the one person i care most about in this world

you do sound pained. youve come to the right place.

how long have the two of you been together? how long would you say things have been like this?
