Title: I am walking on Eggshells

:help: He starts yelling when I least expect it.  This morning it was about the wrong bowl. I walked away and hid in my closet until it passed.  I have felt so defeated all day and he was over it in minutes.  He did not say he was sorry because I deserved it. I got in the way!

The emotional volatility of a BPD partner can be very difficult to experience. What is needed is to learn not take things personally, which is really hard, since they’re directed at us. Best to remember that your partner has difficulty dealing with his own emotions and that spills over on you.
