Hey Clock, welcome  :hi:

You'll definitely find advice here, in the form of learning some new tools and skills that can potentially change the dynamic you're in.

How have you typically dealt with the mood swings? How has that gone?

While I don't have a significant other with BPD, my husband's kids' mom has many traits. So, I know that others in this group who DO have SO's with BPD will be along to share with you and support you.

Glad you're here;

Welcome,

You will find many here who can relate.  And many with stories nearly identical to yours.

Reading were and asking questions helps me understand, and helps me approach the conflict in more constructive ways.

I am guessing you found this site because you feel exhausted and desperate.  We can relate.

How long have you been married?  How long have you been dealing with these "mood swings"?  Any children?
