She can become angry and contemptuous toward me very quickly. This really breaks my heart because I feel so abandoned and shunned by her. It's very painful.

I'm so sorry your marriage has so much pain and loneliness. I'm sure it's not how you envisioned your life together going. How long have you two been together? Any kids? Was there a time when things "seemed ok", and then something happened? Or is it more that she has always "been like this"? Post whenever (truly!) you need/want to.
