Title: How do I find a DBT program? Post by: dulcinea on February 03, 2021, 09:15:33 AM Question: some posts mentioned DBT programs that their bpd were accepted into; how do you find them? What is the criteria for acceptance? Can they be done from home or are they in-patient type programs?

Title: Re: Stop enabling Post by: dulcinea on February 09, 2021, 10:15:15 AM Has anyone dealt with spouse that won't support your attempts to stop enabling adult bpd. I feel undermined at most every turn which I feel only adds fuel to pbd to know she can manipulate to get her way.

I don't know where you are but in BC there is a centre called DBT Vancouver. There is a waiting list but it's a 26 week program of individual and group therapy currently over zoom. Hope this helps. |
