I know the feeling of wanting to hang in there as i got dumped almost 1 month ago in a weirdly fairly nice way but then got blocked immediately and i still cry even now all i can say is that if it is getting to much you have to try and get the strength from somewhere to leave and go no contact for your own health and well being It is the hardest thing to do and i am even now looking into going on medication and i was only in the relationship for 6 weeks Keep posting and reading everyones stories, i have started back from the 700+ page and working my way down and ive been doing that everyday its the only way i can cope at the moment Title: Re: So confused Post by: Cromwell on March 09, 2021, 05:07:25 PM Id like to warm welcome you here Helpwanted223
Im interested to hear if you have had any breakups and much time apart during the relationship? I ask because I felt the tiredness, sickness and gave myself 4 weeks apart and it helped to notice during that time how I felt without her around emotionally and physically. How do you feel about giving yourself some space to rest and recuperate and let a bit of pressure off yourself for a bit? Not suggesting a break-up, but give a bit of distance to get the energy levels topped up. |
