No contact with expbd for 5 years. Currently receiving daily love letters taped to my front door. She has a history of stalking and self harm. Any advice? I quess let the police deal with it. Maybe call them to do a welfare check? In the meantime, I suggest you continue to keep good boundaries and avoid engaging with your Ex. If you give an inch, a pwBPD will take a mile, so don't get into it, is my advice.
