Post by: AdultwBPDmom on March 17, 2021, 09:00:18 PM I’m 50yo woman, married w kids and just finally doing a year or so of therapy to understand the effect my BPD MOM (still alive, limited contact) had on me and it is so complex! Looking for a live group of people who are similar. Read about adult children of alcoholics, that they also take adult children of dysfunctional families- is there anything else people suggest? Trying to untangle things in MYSELF. Already very good at setting limits with BPD mom
